My Montreal-based client provides software for airlines and the catering companies that provide their buy-on-board meals, beverages & duty free items. The logistics of supplying meals for thousands of flights on a just-in-time basis is complicated. My client’s software allows them to dramatically improve efficiency and reduce waste. In fact, their largest airline customer saved $20 Million PER YEAR by using the software. 

My redesign of the user experience made it easier to use the software, and reduced costs for both customer support and training. My client believes that my design is making it easier to sell the software to other airlines.
