ABOUT THIS PROJECT
My client is a Custom Business Solutions provider based in the US Midwest. Each solution they build includes a built-in Support module that allows their customers to report bugs and make feature requests.
They hired me to re-imagine the user experience of that module, to help them differentiate their solutions in a competitive market. The result is a modern and easy to-use-experience that provides a dashboard of bug status and communications. My client intends to use my design as the basis for their other modules moving forward.
