ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The client was a $30 billion dollar North American Omni-Channel Department Store. The company I worked for had developed a sophisticated Merchandise & Assortment Planning Application to help their Apparel Planners determine which quantities of each style & color to buy & ship to each of their thousands of locations.
With our understanding of their planning and buying processes, we realized that a mobile tool would make them much more efficient when they were out visiting Apparel vendors to see their new lines.
